Our Mission
Mana’o Tours is drivin to show our visitors the beauty of Maui and the culture of Hawaii. Our tours are design to highlight the history of our lands and people the (Kanaka) and tie it all into the area traveled. Leaving our guest with greater appreciation for our land and our people and the knowledge between local’s and native’s.

Our Vehicles
Premium luxury vehicles are standard at Manao Tours. Our SUV’ can seat up to seven passengers. Our custom vans seat up to nine. Our vehicles are equipped with leather seats, tinted windows, AC, and all are 4×4. All our vehicles are unmarked meaning no logos no decals!
We are not afraid to let the windows down, open the sunroof and take in the fresh Maui air. We are not afraid to take our vehicles off the beaten pass and get some dirt on the tires.
Being that we are a Hana, Native owned company we simply get to go to places in Hana that no other tour company has access to. We are truly an all-exclusive tour company.
Our Owners
Poerava Tehiva and Gerard Galios are the owners and operators of Mana’o Tours. The two met in the year 2011. Poerava is the daughter of Hatota and Uilani Tehiva the founders of Braddah Hutts BBQ. in Hana. Gerard moved back to Maui in 2011 and took a job as a mechanic for a road to Hana tour company. one day that company asked Gerard, if he could drive and do a tour. Or as Gerard would say “the best decision I have ever made.” Gerard took his passengers to Braddah Hutts bbq. for lunch and one that day meet the women of his dream. The two shared so much in common down to their love for the culture both are practitioners and loved to share their culture. Together they start a dance group called Poerava Ori Nui, that grew into a production company that host community event primarily for Hana but still service all of Maui. Some of these events are festivals, Outdoor cinema, Karaoke nights, gameshow nights, and dances to list a few.
Mana’o Tours is located along Alalele Place, next to the hana airport.
